We provide Discord bot hosting and Application hosting services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice.

5. Service Availability & Uptime

We aim to provide 99% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance or events beyond our control. Our services are self-hosted in the Philippines, which may occasionally affect speed or availability due to local infrastructure limitations. While we strive for reliability, we make no absolute guarantees of uninterrupted service.

6. Backups & Data Loss

We recommend that you regularly back up your data. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not responsible for any loss of data or content.

7. Billing & Refunds

All payments are due in advance. If you cancel your subscription within 2 days of the initial payment, you may be eligible for a full refund. After this period, all payments are non-refundable.

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we believe is harmful to our Services or other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
